Authorized to work in : US Description: This role provides as-needed investigative support to our Client’s employee concerns program. The investigator is responsible to conduct thorough fact based investigation in a timely manner. Investigations will be case managed by the Ethics & Compliance Manager. Investigation reports and all supporting evidence will be submitted at the conclusion of the investigation. Investigation files must be clear and complete. Investigation topics will vary significantly from technical/safety issues, to “people issues” involving allegations of harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or discrimination. All investigations will be conducted in accordance with our Client’s policies and standards. Internal Client subject matter experts will be an available resource. Style, approach, and good judgment is critical in this role as the investigator will be representing the Client’s employee concerns program.
